ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL
- Admission will depend on the availability of seats and on competence of the students.
- Counselling will be conducted for the competent students.
- Admission are made on receipt of a transfer certificate and the mark sheets of the last annual Examination.
- New students must be introduced personally by their parents or guardians who will be responsible for the regularity, conduct and fees.
- Transfer Certificates will be issued when all dues have been paid in full and receipt of a written application from the parent(s) mentioning therein the date of admission and class, section and Roll no. of the student(s).
. A fee of Rs. 100 will be charge for any extract from the school record books.
FEE STRUCTURE
- The school fee cover twelve calendar months. No reduction is made for holidays or broken period.
- Fee shall be paid before the 8th of each month, failing which fine will be charged on all late payments.
- Students failing to pay fees for other consecutive months will have stuck off the rolls.
- Students whose dues are not cleared completely will be debarred from appearing in the examination. Admit Cards will be issued only to students who have cleared all the dues/fees.
- The school fees and other dues are liable to be revised at any time.
CODE OF CONDUCT
I) General Rules & Regulations
- Students should come to school in proper uniform prescribed for the day.
- Students should maintain a healthy and hygienic personal appearance (clean hair cut, no facial hair etc.). Facial make-up, nail polishing, hair dying and tattooing are strictly prohibited.
- No student is allowed to wear any kind of precious jewellery in the school. In case of loss or theft of the same, the school will not be held responsible.
- Students should not come to school on bikes, car etc.
- Bringing electronic gadgets (Mobile phone, I-pad etc) are strictly prohibited.
- Using of tobacco, intoxicated drugs, etc amounts to cancellation of candidature of the students.
- Indiscipline, insubordination, disrespect to any staff members, use of foul language shall not be tolerated.
- Attending school's Assembly is Compulsory for all the students. Bunking the class and leaving the school premises during school hours are liable for punishment.
- Keeping classrooms, washrooms and premises of the school neat and clean are the responsibilities of students.
- Any damage done at the properties of school shall be fined commensurate with the extend of the damage.
- Students should not loiter in and around the school premises in between the class hours.
- Students whose attendance is less than 75% would not be allowed to sit in the final exams.
- Students who are indulged in fighting shall be expelled immediately without any warning.
- In case of any confusion arising out of the terms and conditions, the management committee shall have the final say.
- Parent(s) and guardian(s) are requested to make proper arrangement to pick up their children immediately after school hours.
- Any one using unfair means in examination will declared to have failed and may even be expelled from school.
- Parent(s) and guardian(s) should know that the school authorities have the right to say on what conditions they get admission and retaining of students in the institution.
II) Leave Policy
- Students, who regularly come late to the school (more than three times in a month), will be allowed to attend the class only after their parents meet the concerned teacher/ School Head.
- No half days or early leave will be allowed to the students. In case of emergency, written permission will be required from the school head.
- Parents should fill up 'Leave Record' given in the diary, for each day the students is absent from the school, stating the reason of absence.
- The students who have been sick should bring medical certificate from the doctor on the first day of rejoining the school.
- When a long term absence (more than 6 days) is anticipated, the parents/guardians should take the written permission from the school Head, typically 10 days in advance.
- It is mandatory for the students to attend the first and the last day of school (before and after every vacation).If they are unable to do so due to some unavoidable reasons, a written permission of the School Head/ authorized person should be taken before the child can attend academic session.
III) Examination and Promotion
- Promotion depend on the child's performance throughout the year and not merely on marks secured in the final examination. The result obtained in the tests and half yearly examination will be taken into consideration for promotion.
- Reports of the half yearly examinations and tests are given in the students' report cards. Parents/Guardians should sign it regularly and follow the progress of the children. A pupil found with his/her report unsigned will not be admitted to the class.
- Promotion is decided at the teacher's message. Hence results are final and cannot be re-considered.
- No student will be allowed to appear for the promotion examination if the attendance during the year is below 75%.
CODE OF CONDUCT BOARDERS
Admission and Withdrawal
- At the time of admission the boarder must deposit Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) as a Security deposit which will be refunded at the end of the academic session. The Security deposit must be deposited in full at the time of admission.
- The Security deposit is not adjustable with any other Boarding Fees. (i.e Mess, General Tuition Fee, Medical deposit etc.)
- If any Boarder drop/leave the Boarding by ignoring the rules and regulations of the Boarding and before the completion of the session then the security deposit will not be refunded in any circumstances.
- In addition to security deposit all the boarders must deposit Rs. 500/-(Rupees Five Hundred) as a medical security.
- The boarding fees (lodging, fooding, electric fuel & water.)
- All the boarders must pay the boarding fee in time and there should not be any due for more than one month. Late fine will be imposed if the fee is not cleared in time.

UNIFORM (SUMMER, WINTER AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS)
- White trouser & White T-Shirt, White Tennis shoes and shocks (Summer).
- Jogging/Sport trouser & Jacket (Blue colour) Winter.
- In addition to the uniform all boarders must bring their utensils (dish, plate and glass etc.)
- Night Dress : Pajama ( Fill pant & Shirt, Dark blue cotton)
- All the boarders must bring their own Blanket and Mosquito Net.
N.B. (Uniform for summer and winter can be had from the Little Master Stationary)
Time – Table BOARDERS
- All the boarders should rise at 4:00a.m. daily.
- Morning Assembly is at 4:30a.m. Evening Assembly at 5:00p.m. daily. Those who don't attend the Assembly will be punished, if fails, to give the proper reason to the Wardens.
- Breakfast at 5:15a.m.
- Lunch at 9:20a.m.
- Tea break at 4:30p.m.
- Dinner (Supper) at 7:00a.m. (Every Sunday : Meat , Other days: Vegetable. At least two items are given at lunch and dinner. Friday : Egg.)
Reading Hour
- Morning : 5:30a.m. to 7:30a.m.
- Evening : 5:30p.m to 7:00p.m. (Dinner break) 7:30p.m. to 9:00p.m for lower section and senior section 7:30p.m. to 10:00p.m.
- Any student who want to take more reading time will be considered by the warden but the maximum time allotted is upto 11:30p.m. The Scheduled timing may be changed according to session and other reasons.
- All the boarders must strictly follow the time table given above season. Any boarder ignoring/violating time table is liable to serve punishment.
Absenteeism and Leave
- Every boarder can enjoy one day leave (if he/she wants) once a month.
- There are two vacations during the academic session, i.e. winter break and summer break.
- Any boarder can go home if there is, consecutively 4 to 5 days of holidays.
- If any boarder is seriously sick, then his parents/guardians will be informed by the warden and the leave of absence will be given by the warden according to the seriousness of the illness.
- In addition to the above mentioned leave, no further leave of absence will be granted by the wardens.
- Every student who are staying in the boarding must attend school regularly. If any boarder is found not attending the school without giving prior information and reason to warden will be punished.
- Any boarder who leaves the Boarding without the permission of the wardens will be expelled from the Boarding without warning.
- In all cases of absence & leave a Boarder must fill in form no.3 (Leave form) which can be had from the Chief warden, the form should be duly signed by the Wardens, boarders, parents/guardians.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO THE PARENT/GUARDIAN
- All the parents/guardians are requested to extend their co-operation with the faculty member of the boarding.
- No parents/guardians are allowed to meet the boarders for any reason except on the visiting day (i.e. the first Sunday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
- The parents/guardians are requested not to disturb the boarders by frequenting in the boarding in non-visiting days.
- All parents/guardians must clear all the fees in time.
- Any kind of suggestion from the side of parents/guardians is welcome by boarding authority.
- The consultation class for the wardens and parents/guardians is on the visiting day i.e. the 1st Sunday and 2nd Sunday of every month.
- Don't always listen to the children and be very clear before giving any suggestion or complain, because teachers and parents, must join hand in hand for the betterment and success of the students/children.
Rules of Discipline (Do's and Don'ts)
- All boarders must maintain strict discipline in the boarding.
- All boarders must fully co-operate with the wardens. They must inform the wardens all the problem they have.
- Negligence during the reading hours will be punished without any warrant.
- No boarder is allowed to disturb other boarders in the reading hour. They are not allowed to ask question or exchange anything during the reading hour.
- All boarders must use only polite language in the Boarding. Using bad words, insulting, fighting, quarelling, argumentation, gossiping are totally prohibited. All boarders have the right to express their like and dislike in the assembly.
- Cloths and other belonging should be kept in proper manner and in proper place. Throwing of dirty cloths or other things improperly will be punished.
- Raging and renting in the boarding or in veranda is not allowed.
- Playing cards, tapes, radio, mobile phone etc. are not allowed in the boarding.
- Regular reading of the specific journal, newspaper and other knowledge Magazine is compulsory during relax time.
- Any lost must be borne by the boarders themselves.
- If any mistake (Violating the R&R) is found from a room, then the punishment will be given to all the boarders staying in that particular room.
- During the school hour or in school the whole responsibilities of the boarders/students is borne by the school authority. All boarders must enter their name and other particular to the security office while leaving or returning to the Boarding for and from the school.
- Using intoxicated substances like Khaini, Pan, Talab, Raja, Alcohol, Tablet which are not prescribed by the Doctors and any kind of drugs are Strictly prohibited. Any boarder if found using the above mentioned intoxicated substances will be expelled immediately without any warning.
- After school all boarders must present in person in the boarding within 20 minutes.
- For buying any items/things the boarder should seek the permission of the warden and must have the gate pass from the warden.
- To communicate with the wardens in terms of absent from school, assembly, lunch, dinner and illness through written application is compulsory.
- Wardens can make or amend any rule at any time for their convenience to administer the boarding.
- Being an English Medium school, the medium of communication in the boarding is in English language. It is compulsory for all the boarders to speak in English. From the coming academic session using the English language as a medium of communication in the school and in the boarding is made compulsory.
- All the serious matter and decision will be made by the wardens and secretary, in all matters of discipline the decision of the warden will be final and no appeal against the decision will be entertained.
- The decision or the resolution made by the wardens and secretary is final.
N.B Any contravention of above orders or any act of indiscipline will result in immediate expulsion of the boarder on disciplinary ground.
